FGF-15 in Mouse Embryo. FGF-15 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo (E15) using F4212-20 (15ug/ml) overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using the Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the processes of dorsal root ganglia neurons.
